OUR COMMITMENT

Respect for the environment is at the heart of our winemaking philosophy. Since taking over the estate in 2020, our Director has led numerous initiatives to protect and enhance our ecosystem

1

In the vineyard, we prioritize natural and locally sourced materials. We have replaced all iron stakes with acacia wood from the region and eliminated chemical herbicides, choosing instead to till and aerate the soil. This practice helps prevent compaction, encourages healthy root growth, and supports the micro-biodiversity essential for thriving vines. We also forgo chemical fertilizers, using only organic compost and natural amendments to nourish and balance the soil.

2

Half of our estate is dedicated to preserving biodiversity. The 30 hectares of surrounding woodland provide a vital habitat for local wildlife and plant species, which we actively protect.

3

Our commitment to sustainability extends to our winemaking process, where we honor traditional methods and avoid unnecessary chemical interventions. This approach allows each vintage to express its true character while minimizing our environmental footprint.

4

Sustainability also shapes our packaging choices—we use lightweight glass bottles, natural corks, and eco-friendly cartons.

5

Looking ahead, we are working toward Organic Agriculture certification by 2030.

Every decision we make is guided by our dedication to preserving the delicate balance of our terroir—for today and for generations to come.
