We avoid chemical weeding in favor of tilling and aerating the soil, nurturing the essential micro-biodiversity that sustains its health. By mechanically loosening the soil, we help the roots to breath and maintain the vineyard's natural balance.
Additionally, we opt for single Guyot pruning—a method that not only respects the vine's natural growth cycle but also helps preserve its energy, ensuring the production of high-quality grapes.
