Concentration and Balance
The nose unfolds with complexity, showcasing a rich blend of ripe black fruits—blackberry, cassis, and plum—interwoven with delicate mineral nuances, evoking the scent of wet stone.
On the palate, the wine greets with a smooth texture that strikes a perfect balance between richness and vivacity. WINEMAKING
The harvest is carefully sorted, destemmed, and gently crushed. Pump-overs and punch-downs follow cold pre-fermentation maceration. The wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and then gently pressed in a pneumatic press.
AGING
It is aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its pure fruit expression and freshness
