The nose reveals a beautiful complexity and an enticing intensity, blending aromas of cooked black fruits like blackberry, blackcurrant, and prune. Hints of licorice elevate the bouquet, adding a touch of sweetness and indulgence.

WINEMAKING
The harvest is carefully sorted, destemmed, and gently crushed. Pump-overs and punch-downs follow cold pre-fermentation maceration. The wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and then gently pressed in a pneumatic press
