Freshness and Delicacy
The brilliant purple robe hints at the wine’s vibrancy.
On the nose, a beautiful intensity unfolds with aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, and plum, elegantly uplifted by delicate notes of chalk.
The palate opens with a smooth attack, revealing a structure that balances the full-bodied style of the wine with finesse. Ripe black fruit flavors intertwine with subtle hints of pepper, while silky tannins create a generous and harmonious texture. WINEMAKING
The harvest is carefully sorted, destemmed, and gently crushed. Pump-overs and punch-downs follow cold pre-fermentation maceration. The wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and then gently pressed in a pneumatic press.
AGING
It is aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its pure fruit expression and freshness
